Directions

  1. Wash and peel carrots. Start pan of water of water for boiling.
  2. Leave small carrots whole.
  3. Cut others into 3/4 inch cubes, thin slices, or lengthwise strips.
  4. For whole carrots, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  5. For diced or sliced carrots, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  6. For carrot strips, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  7. Place in container for freezing and freeze.
