Houston's Honey Mustard Dressing

My version of Houston's Honey Mustard Dressing - I love it!!! It is great as a dipping sauce or on salads or sandwiches!

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1⁄8 cup cider vinegar
• 4 1⁄2 ounces honey (1/2 cup plus 1 Tbls.)
• 2  ounces Dijon mustard (1/4 jar)
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  garlic salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients (I place all ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed) and refrigerate.
