Hot Tomato Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie shell
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- bake pie shell and cool.
- line shell with ham.
- cover ham with tomato slices.
- sprinkle tomatoes with herbs and seasonings.
- bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
- combine mayo and cheese, spread over tomatoes.
- bake 5-10 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
