Hot Summers Eve Cooler

I made up this little special drink for some cranky ladies at the bar one night and they kept coming back for more. I guess they must of loved it.

• Ready In: 3 mins
• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2  ounces pear brandy
• 2  ounces  orange juice
• 1  cup vanilla ice cream
• 1  scoop  ice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until frozen.
2. Pour into any type of cocktail glass.
3. You may need to add more Orange Juice if it becomes to thick.
4. Garnish with an orange slice & a cherry.

6. You can substitute the vanilla ice cream for heavy cream or milk.
