Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated and divided
- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat (optional)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Sauté shallot and garlic in olive oil.
- Mix together all other ingredients except crab.
- Fold in crab.
- Pour into 9x9 baking dish.
- Top with 1 cup of swiss cheese.
- Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with flat bread chips or toasted bread rounds.
