  • 6  eggs, hard boiled
  • filling

  • 1  tablespoon ham, minced
  • 1  teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1  teaspoon butter, melted
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  • breading

  • 1  egg
  • 14 cup flour
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. cut the eggs length wise
  2. take out yolk and mash with the ham butter salt pepper and parsley
  3. put back in egg white and put two halves back together.
  4. roll in flour
  5. roll in beaten egg
  6. then bread crumbs
  7. drop in hot oil
  8. fry until golden.
