Hot Pepper Honey Dipping Sauce / Glaze

I use this as a dipping sauce for potstickers, and egg rolls. And as a glaze for chicken. Adjust or add any other seasonings you perfer. Show more

Yields: 1 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  pure honey
  • 2  large  jalapeno peppers, sliced

Directions

  1. Add honey and sliced peppers to a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes.
  5. Strain while still warm.
  6. Refrigerate unused portion.
