Hot Peanut Dip

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 175 ml coconut milk
- 50 g peanut butter (crunchy one)
- 2 shallots (french onions)
- 2 chili peppers
- 3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
Directions
- Cut the shallot into small pieces. Heat the coconut milk with the peanut butter, ad the shallots, soy sauce and Chilli. Cook everything for 10 minutes, so that you have a creamy dip.
