Hot Olive Hot Dog Relish

Wanted something different on my hot dog. Found these items in the refrigerator.

• Serves: 16

Ingredients

• 7  ounces  pimento stuffed olives
• 3 -4  yellow  hot peppers
• 1⁄2 red onion
• 1  garlic
• 2 -3  tablespoons  olives or 2 -3  tablespoons canola oil

Directions

1. Mince the first 4 ingredients and add to a bowl. Add the oil and stir to mix well. Sometimes I add italian seasoning and put the mixture on pieces of flat bread.
