Hot Oil Hair Treatment

I have only used this once, but am very happy with the result. I would often use V05 hot oil tubes but this is much cheaper. I used eucalyptus as the essential oil, but I think lavender would be good too.

Ingredients

• 4  tablespoons olive oil
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 2 -3  drops  essential oils

Directions

1. Put honey, oil and essential oil in a plastic bag.
2. Twist but don't tie.
3. Pour boiling water in a mug.
4. Add plastic bag to mug until it warms up.
5. Apply gently to wet hair.
6. Don't pour it on your head, put the mixture on your hands and apply to all of your hair.
7. Wrap up your hair with a showercap, a towel or cling wrap.
8. Jump in the bath or shower.
9. Wait twenty minutes, then rinse and wash hair normally.
