Hot Mushroom Bacon Spread

Ingredients
- 150 g bacon
- 150 g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Cook bacon crisp and crumble.
- Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in 2 T of bacon fat until soft, (5 minutes).
- Stir until smooth.
- Add flour, pepper and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sour cream.
- Serve warm or chilled on crackers.
