- 3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 3⁄4 cup freshly brewed mint-flavored herb tea, still piping hot
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream, whipped
- sweetened cocoa powder

- Place the ice cream into a tall glass and add the tea. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
