Hot Lobster Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can lobsters
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- toast rounds or cracker
Directions
- Drain lobster. Mince meat very fine or grind. Add seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise. Pile mixture on small rounds of toast or crackers and place under broiler until sauce bubbles.
