Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (I like Grey Poupon for this recipe)
- 1⁄16 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Stir together first four ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 20 minutes or overnight.
- When it is time to serve, pour apricot mixture over the block of cream cheese on a serving platter and serve with your favorite crackers!
