Hot Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

This works well on hamburgers as wells as on top of cream cheese and crackers.

  1. In a small food processor, mince green peppers and jalapeno peppers.
  2. Remember to wear gloves when cutting the jalapeno peppers.
  3. Combine sugar and vinegar in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Add both peppers and return to a boil.
  5. Stir in pectin and boil for one minute.
  6. Strain liquid into a large bowl.
  7. Pour into hot, sterlized jars and seal.
