Hot Ginger Tea With Cinnamon

  1. Simmer water, ginger, and cinnamon sticks in a pot, covered, 1 hour.
  2. Strain through a sieve into cups and garnish each serving with 3 pine nuts. Serve with honey.
  3. Note:.
  4. Tea can be made 8 hours ahead and chilled. Reheat before serving.
