Ingredients
- 3 quarts water (12 cups)
- 3⁄4 cup peeled and chopped ginger
- 2 -3 cinnamon sticks (3 inch)
- 24 pine nuts
- honey
Directions
- Simmer water, ginger, and cinnamon sticks in a pot, covered, 1 hour.
- Strain through a sieve into cups and garnish each serving with 3 pine nuts. Serve with honey.
- Note:.
- Tea can be made 8 hours ahead and chilled. Reheat before serving.
