Hot Fudge Sauce

  1. Melt butter in pot on low heat, add sugar an cocoa and sir well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth.
  2. Stirring constantly, turn up heat to med. and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick. take off heat and serve warm.
  3. Store in refrigerator and reheat in hot water. If you need to thin sauce add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time.
