Hot Fudge Sauce

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2⁄3 cup cocoa
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
- Melt butter in pot on low heat, add sugar an cocoa and sir well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth.
- Stirring constantly, turn up heat to med. and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick. take off heat and serve warm.
- Store in refrigerator and reheat in hot water. If you need to thin sauce add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time.
