Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups water, heated to 120 to 130 degrees f
Directions
- Heat oven to 350*F.
- In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla; blend well.
- Spread batter in ungreased 9 inch round or square pan.
- In small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and dash salt; mix well.
- Sprinkle evenly over cake batter.
- Pour hot water over sugar mixture.
- Bake at 350* for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set and firm to the touch.
- Serve warm.
