Hot Dogs Smothered in Brie and Tarragon Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 poppy seed buns
- 1 1⁄2 cups slced white mushrooms
- 3⁄8 cup salted butter
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 wheel brie cheese, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon condensed chicken broth
Directions
- Heat butter in a skillet. stir in stock, tarragon, vinegar and sugar. Saute mushrooms and onions for about five minutes.
- add Brie and simmer about three more.
- in the meantime boil hot dogs five minutes and then place in grill pan for three.
- add hot dogs to buns and load up on mushroom topping.
