"Hot" Chocolate Sauce

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Heat chocolate, sugar, water, and butter in a medium saucepan just to the boil, stirring constantly Remove from heat and add pepper sauce.
- Serve warm (can be covered and refrigerated until ready to use).
