- 2 cups mung beans
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup oat flour
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup cherries
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- pre heat oven to 350.
- puree the beans.
- beat eggs.
- add beans to wet ingrediants.
- combine dry ingredients
- add wet to dry.
- pour into 8x8 greased pan, bake for 45 minutes.
