Hot Chicken Salad With Pineapple

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Fry or bake chicken breasts, then cut into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Mix chicken, celery, onion, pineapple, almonds, croutons and mayonnaise. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish; add mixture.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
