Hot Chicken Salad With Pineapple

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 onion, diced
- 3⁄4 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 (12 ounce) bag croutons, slightly crushed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Fry or bake chicken breasts, then cut into bite-sized chunks.
- Mix chicken, celery, onion, pineapple, almonds, croutons and mayonnaise. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish; add mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
