Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
- salt and pepper
- fresh breadcrumb
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserold baking dish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- This dish freezes well after baking.
