Hot Chicken Salad

I got this from my sister a long time ago. It's easy to make and very good.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  cooked chicken, diced
  • 3  hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1  cup celery, diced
  • 34 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup  shedded cheese
  • 12 cup  chopped  almonds
  • 2  tablespoons  minced onions
  • 12 cup  shedded cheese
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon  Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 34 cup  potato chips, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chips in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Top with potato chips.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
