Hot Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups bite-sized pieces cooked chicken
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 cups potato chips or 2 cups chow mein noodles (More Or Less To Preference)
Directions
- In Large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in the remainder of the ingredients.
- Put mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with a thick layer of either crumbled Potato Chips or Chow Mien Noodles.
- Bake at 350³F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
