Hot Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup of chopped onion (can be frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounces of shredded monterey jack cheese
- 16 ounces of shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
- Put the two blocks of cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and soften in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add chopped onions.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Add the shredded parmesan cheese.
- Add the monterey jack cheese.
- Mix well with a fork until it is blended.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish or pie pan using the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly.
- Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips!
