Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon English mustard powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into the grinder and pulse until a powder is formed.
- Remove and toss the meat through the spices, allow to marinate for 5 minutes, then cook accordingly.
