Hot Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ounces brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 1⁄2 ounces butter
- 1⁄8 pint evaporated milk
Directions
- Melt all the ingredients slowly (apart from the evaporated milk).
- Once melted add the evaporated milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately once cooked.
