Hot Buttered Rum Sauce

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup dark rum
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
- In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir in brown sugar and heavy cream until sugar is melted.
- Pour in rum, and simmer, stirring until the sauce is smooth, thickened, and reduced.
- Stir in Challenge Butter until melted.
