Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 5 -6 ounces freshly brewed jamaican coffee, steaming
- 1 whole clove
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 1⁄8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Directions
- Put butter in an Irish coffee glass or mug, then pour in the steaming coffee. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add clove and rum.
- Dust with nutmeg.
