Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup dry couscous
- 1⁄3 cup fruit bits
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, honey and cinnamon.
- Bring to boil slowly.
- Add the couscous.
- Remove pan from heat.
- Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fruit bits and pecans.
