Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place meat and onions in crock pot.
- Mix remaining and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours
- Shred meat and serve on buns with broth o/s for dipping.
