Hot Asian Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb medium ground beef
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Beat egg with a fork.
- Mix in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
- Mix in ground beef.
- Shape into 4 (1/2") patties.
- Place on grill covered and turning once for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- Add green peppers to tops of burgers.
- Place each on a bun.
