Horsey Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2⁄3 cup chili sauce
- water
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- whole garlic clove
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix well and set aside all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Melt in a heavy skillet, 3/4 tablespoons fat. Add 1 medium onion chopped.
- Turn excess fat from pork chops. Rub well with flour.
- Place in skillet and brown well on both sides.
- Pour chili sauce mixture over chops. Simmer covered for 45 to 50 mintues.
- Additional water may be added if sauce gets too thick.
- Remove clove of garlic before serving.
