Horseradish-Apple Sauce

Ingredients
- 16 ounces prepared creamed horseradish
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 crisp red-skinned apple, cored & coarsely grated
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Stir together all the ingredients, including pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until using.
