Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 8 cups warm water (102)
- 1⁄4 cup yeast
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 6 cups whole wheat flour (approx)
Directions
- Add water to the mixing bowl, honey, yeast. Let bubble. Add the rest of the ingredients 1/ the flour; mix in the rest of the flour as needed.
- Let rise (double in size).
