Honey-Thyme Lemon Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemons, zest of
- 3⁄4 lb egg noodles (I like the frozen egg noodles, especially Ream's brand)
- 3 scallions, chopped
Directions
- Melt butter and blend with honey, thyme, salt, pepper, juice and zest.
- Cook noodles according to pacakge directions and drain.
- Toss noodles with honey mixture and top with scallions.
- Serve with chicken or turkey.
