  1. Combine the first six ingredients; rub over chicken. Transfer to a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  2. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear. Combine honey and vinegar; baste over chicken during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
