Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 1 1⁄4 cups cabbage, shredded

Directions

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and cabbage; mix until well combined.
2. When using as garnish for Harold Cohen's Ultimate Burger, allow cabbage to reach room temperature.
