Honey Roasted Potatoes

A tasty side dish to go with any meat. I usually double or triple the glaze to get a nice coating on the potatoes. This recipe works best with red potatoes but I have made it with whatever I have on hand.

Ingredients

• 1  lb potato, quartered
• 2  tablespoons  diced onions
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 2  tablespoons  melted butter
• 1  teaspoon dry mustard
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Spray a baking sheet with Pam.
2. In the pan or a separate bowl, toss potatoes with other ingredients.
3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until potates are tender.
4. Toss at least once while baking.
