Honey Pecan Pork Chops

An adapted recipe that I slightly tweaked.

Serves: 4

Yields: 4 pork loins

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium/high heat. Add pork chops and brown both sides.
  4. Transfer to warm plate.
  5. Mix honey, and pecans into pan drippings. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pour sauce over cutlets, and serve with buttered broccoli.
