Honey-Pecan Glaze

Works really good on hams. Very quick and easy to make.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Yields: 1-2 Hams

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped pecans, toasted
• 2  tablespoons butter or 2  tablespoons margarine
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  finely shredded lemon peel

Directions

1. In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients. Heat and stir until butter is melted. Then glaze away.
