Honey Orange Butter

I have several recipes for flavored butters which we love. This all got started the first time I ever tasted a flavored butter which was strawberry butter--Yum Yum. I love these on hot yeast rolls fresh from the oven.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
• 2⁄3 cup honey
• 1  tablespoon  orange juice
• 1  teaspoon  grated  orange rind

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients beating till well blended.
