Honey Oatmeal M&m Cookies

I found a recipe for M&M cookies and wanted to see if I could make my own. This worked out beautifully. They are light, a little chewy, and a little crispy at the same time.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  organic granulated sugar
• 1⁄2 cup raw honey
• 3⁄4 cup butter, softened
• 2  large eggs
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 3⁄4 cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup oats
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3⁄4 cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 cup  miniature M&M baking bits

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cream together sugar, honey, and butter.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, blend well.
4. Add dry ingredients, M&M's and chocolate chips.
5. I use a cookie scoop, but drop 12 on a lined baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
