Honey-Nut Peanut Cookies

We love these cookies. I like to make them for holidays. They are very easy to prepare and the ingredients list is short. (always a plus around the holidays) If you can't find honey nut peanut butter you can sub regular peanut butter but the flavor will not be the same. Show more

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine; beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs; blend well.
  4. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  5. Add flour and baking soda; mix well.
  6. Stir in peanuts.
  7. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes oruntil light golden brown.
  9. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
