Honey Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 pints heavy whipping cream
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups diced pecans
Directions
- Chill beaters in a freezer.
- shake cream well before opening.
- beat cream on high with electric mixer until it becomes like whipped cream.
- add vanilla and honey and beat for an additional minute.
- Fold in nuts.
- freeze until ready to eat.
