Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Whisk together the vinegar and mustard and then drizzle in the honey and then the oil.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add salt to taste.
- Will last 2 weeks if stored covered and refrigerated.
