Honey Mustard Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 1⁄2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup fresh small button mushroom, whole
- 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1⁄3 cup honey mustard dressing (fat free if you'd like)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Boil water in large saucepan to cook green beans, carrots and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes. Rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a bowl, mix dressing, salt, and herbs. Add cooled veggies, red pepper strips, and mushrooms. Stir to coat, and chill an hour or so.
