Honey Mustard Chicken Drummettes

These kid friendly appetizers can be removed from the marinade before transporting in a cooler to grill at the game. I have not tried these drummettes. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Cooking Light magazine. Show more

  1. Combine honey, mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl; reserve 1/4 cup. Pour remaining marinade in bowl into a large zip top plastic bag. Add chicken drummettes, and seal the bag. Squeeze the bag gently to coat chicken; cover and chill drummettes 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, and place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken drummettes on grill rack. Grill drummettes covered 20 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting with reserved 1/4 cup marinade.
