Honey - Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
Directions
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
- Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with rice if desired.
